What is ANGA's plan in the event of a data breach?
We are prepared with a clear and regularly rehearsed Incident Response Plan. This plan outlines the exact steps to take in such a scenario
- Detection & Analysis: We actively monitor our systems for suspicious activity. If an incident is detected, our team immediately works to validate it and assess the scope of the impact.
- Containment & Eradication: Our first priority is to contain the threat to prevent any further impact, followed by eradicating the root cause from our systems.
- Recovery: We work to safely restore any affected systems and ensure a return to normal, secure operations.
- Notification & Communication: Most importantly, we are committed to transparency. We will notify any affected clients as quickly as possible, in accordance with the timelines stipulated by data protection laws (like the PDPA), providing a clear explanation of the situation and the steps we are taking to resolve it.
